About dbCAN HGM
The dbCAN HGM project provides a curated and comprehensive database of carbohydrate gene clusters (CGCs) from human gut microbiomes across the globe. Our goal is to enhance the understanding of carbohydrate metabolism in gut microbes and its implication in human health and diet. This platform serves as a hub for researchers exploring glycan substrate diversity, taxonomic distribution, and structural annotation of CGCs and PULs.
